Yes, it does. Digital keystone correction Significantly Reduce image resolution. Most of users never use keystone correction and do not want use it. Because everyone know even a very minor correction creates all kinds of issues and softens the image.You should always try to position your projector parallel to the surface onto which it will project. A projector tripod stand is a worthwhile investment if you don’t have a table, shelf or mount at the right height to do the job.

About Screen Mirror is disable by some APPs:

^ Due to HDCP copyright issues (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection) Netflix /Prime Video / IMDb / Hulu / Disney Plus prohibit the use of the smartphone's Airplay, Screen Mirror and Cast function to connect to projectors, TVs, monitors to play movies. However some other Apps like YouTube can be projected and played directly.
^ The only solution is having a Fire TV Stick or Roku Streaming Players to connect the projector to watch the contect on Netflix, Prime Video, IMDb, Hulu, Disney Plus.
^ This product doesn't include Fire TV Stick or Roku Streaming Players.

FAQs

What if the projector has an image but no sound?

1.The projector or the connected device(PC/, DVD, etc) is muted
2.Due to Dolby’s copyright issues, the current regular projectors do not support Dolby sound. So there will be no sound when you play videos with Dolby sound. In this case, please turn off the Dolby on your device or APP. (Settings Display Sounds>Audio Dolby Digital Output>Turn off Dolby Digital)
3.The audio formats is not supported by the projector. VGA connection can only transmit analog signal of video not audio. An external speaker is required when the device is connected via VGA cable.
4.Encryption applied to the device or media player which holds the video. Try more videos to define this possibility.

What if the projector has sound but no image?

1.The video format is not supported by the projector.
2.Encryption applied to the device or media player which holds the video.
3.If the lamp of the projector is off with only audio playing, the lamp is defective. Please contact WEWATCH service for a replacement.
4.Try another HDMI cable if you select the HDMI input source.

Why the screen shows no signal?

1.Make sure all cables are plugged correctly and firmly.
2.Make sure you select the right input source. For example, if you insert an USB drive, please select USB in the interface of Input Source.

How to adjust the keystone correction if the iamge is not square or vertical?

1.Make sure the projector is placed on a flat surface with projector light in the middle of the screen
2.Make sure the projector screen is placed horizontally
3.The V30 projector has no keystone correct. You'd better buy a tripod stand for it.

Why I can't connect to wifi?

1. Please confirm whether you can find out the wifi signal. If yes, the wifi module is normal. While if no, please reset the wifi or restore the factory settings and try again. If it still does not work, it may something wrong with the wifi module.
2. Please confirm the password case and punctuation is entered correctly. You can display the passwords when you input the passwords, so that you can check whether the passwords have been input correctly.
3. After the wifi is successfully connected, the connection interface of airplay will show the name of the currently connected wifi.

Why the remote control does not respond?

1. Make sure the batteries are installed correctly and the power is enough
2. The remote works with the projector through the IR receiver. The remote works only when the IR receiver is within the direct reaction distance and will be unresponsive if the IR receiver is blocked or covered.
